Return Policy

You can easily return the product! If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days from the date of purchase. Panda Store will cover the return fees to provide the best experience for pet owners. You can contact us at any time, and we will assist you.

The return policy applies to all Panda Store products.

Return Conditions:
The product must be in the same original condition as when purchased and wrapped in the original packaging, and it must not have been used or opened at all.
Return Methods:

In the case of purchasing products through Visa, MasterCard, or Mada cards, the refund will be made to the card used for the purchase, and the refund period will be subject to the policy of the bank (or the electronic payment provider) that provides the service.
Whether payment was made in cash upon delivery or through a bank transfer, we will transfer the value of the product to the customer's bank account after obtaining their bank information. The customer has the option to receive a gift card instead of refunding the amount to their card or bank account.
Returning a Wrong or Non-Conforming Product:
In case a wrong or non-conforming product arrives, or if the shipment is in an unsatisfactory condition, Panda Store will bear all the shipping and replacement costs.

We do not offer product replacement service, only the return service.
The refund will be processed after verifying the product's condition at the Panda distribution center.
